Use of Site
You're welcome to browse the site, read about our services and projects, and use our forms to contact us. Don't try to break, scrape, abuse, or misrepresent yourself through the site or its forms. We may block traffic that does.
Quote Requests Are Not Contracts
Anything we send back in response to a quote request — pricing, timelines, scope notes — is an estimate, not a binding contract. Estimates are based on the information available at the time, and they can change if the scope, plans, schedule, or site conditions change.
A project becomes binding only when both parties sign a written contract or purchase order. Until then, either side can walk away without obligation.
Intellectual Property
The City Mechanical name, logo, copy, photography, and site design are ours and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Don't reuse them on another site, sales material, or product without our written permission.
Brand names mentioned in passing (equipment manufacturers, etc.) belong to their respective owners.
Limitation of Liability
We do our best to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we can't guarantee everything is perfect at every moment. Use the site at your own judgement. To the extent permitted by Alberta law, City Mechanical isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or its content.
This section applies to the website only. Liability for actual installed work is governed by the contract or work order signed for that project, plus applicable warranty and Alberta consumer protection law.
